Leadership is for everyone. Your Spirit gives light. Your light was given to you to guide others so they too can see their way. Let your light shine brightly before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.(Matthew 5:13-16). You may not wake up everyday and look at yourself as a born leader but everyone has the potential to lead.
It doesn’t matter what position you hold in life whether it is a CEO or stay at home mom you were created to lead. Leadership is a spiritual position. You are called to influence others. That is why it is important for you to become a better leader each day. Your Spirit wants to impact the world and make effective change. Ask yourself, “what kind of impact change is my spirit leading me to do?” “What is the potential of my spirit to create change?”
