Fear is the opposite of faith. Fear is a spirit that is unnatural and doesn’t come from our Divine Creator, our heavenly Father. Life often deals us a challenging hand but we have the tools to be more than conquerors. Often the spirit of fear can manifest in our minds and we begin to act out these beliefs through our behaviors usually unknowingly.
Most women endure private fears, shame and guilt which can lead to physical illness. For some of us, life can feel like a roaring lion but we must remember God has already called us fearfully and wonderfully made and that he loves us and nothing could ever separate us from his love. When you feel helpless and hopeless hold on to his truth that he believes in you so much that he gave his Son for you. You are just that important to him.
When the lion of life seems larger than you, be assured that you are well able and equipped the handle him…he’s a lion but has no teeth. There is nothing you can’t do. After a busy day each day, allow your spirit to be brought to a calming place. Finding a quiet tranquil place that offers you wonderful memories, it could be a living room surrounded with family pictures. A kitchen where you have created some of your best meals or even your garage where you have stored paints of all the favorite colors you have painted in some of your favorite rooms…but wherever your place is find it or create it.
Pray and meditate listen to your spirit listen to your heart allow your inner spirit guide to lead you. Invite the spirit in to fellowship with you and just breathe.
