Dreams and visions can empower you. Dreams and visions can be more profound for some than others. Our dreams can tell us many things Do you still dream awake or asleep? Did you know many women are so overwhelmed with everyday life that they have forgotten those dreams from when they were little girls and when they had visions and dreams of “what I want to be when I grow up” – where do those dreams go? Why did we forget them, why do we just accept life, why and when do we change it? Do we believe in our inner power that we can change it.
Did you know when we are asleep our body replenishes itself, our immune system, weight loss and cellular reconstruction. Sleep is vital to our overall being, to be the best woman we can be. Don’t allow your fears to interrupt or steal from you by the pressures of life. We need to create inner peace within ourselves in world of chaos to rebuild. God gave us dreams and visions for a reason. He also tells us to write the vision and make it plain so that others can run with it.
Write down your visions, your dreams and your goals. Something about the written word holds us accountable to attaining our goals. If for some reason you had to convey your dream or vision to someone else you could give them your vision already mapped out. Journaling can be helpful in reminding ourselves about where we want to go. Write written confessions of your visions and dreams and hold yourself accountable by power of the spoken word. Words can work for or against – we literally have the power to speak our world around us into existence. Think of a child that is reassured and spoken to with praises and encouragement opposed to the child that hears and is spoken to negatively, harshly or without hope – you will create two very different children – so believe in the power of words. Dreams and visions are God’s gift to the insight of our soul. Create a confession and speak it out everyday to empower yourself – one I use is: For God gives gifts and his call can never be withdrawn…(Romans 11:20)
Confession…Thank you God that You have gifted me and called me to dream and have visions. I already have everything I need to accomplish it. I praise You because You never take away the purpose of my life nor the gifts to fulfill it.
