You know you’re on the right track when you enjoy what you do. Your Joy is first, monetary compensation is second. Money will come just because you love what you do. Our gifts and our talents make room for us. Take the time for long walks and listen to nature. Nature has a rhythm of its own. It will speak to your spirit. Let joy be your guidance system. Don’t practice condemnation when you judge yourself. The Spirit is free and lends no opportunity to condemnation. Give yourself permission to compliment yourself.
Be in alignment with your spirit. Train your ego to serve your spirit and soul. Find out how to live the life that you have always wanted. Pain pushes you until your vision pulls you.
Life is not about religion, religion is there to bring you to a level of spirituality. Life is about spiritual love.
The four components to a quality and balanced lifestyle for health and wellness are spiritual, emotional, mental and physical. Your healing is not dependent on anyone else other than yourself. You have to learn what loops or pulls you into the particular pain you feel. Feel with your spirit through and past the pain and work through the process. Always remember pain, process and progress.
Do your own spiritual intake on yourself. Ask yourself:
- What do I need to learn and understand about this situation?
- What do I need to learn and understand about the other people involved in this situation?
- What do I need to learn and understand about myself in this situation?
“Do you have regrets? What are your regrets? Having regrets is healthy. It is your awareness of knowing where your pitfalls were. Go back to rethink them if you had to do them over again. Doing it differently and saying we have no regrets can be very dangerous to our spiritual life. Not going back to rethink your process doesn’t help you have greater progress.”
Forgiveness is not for someone else, it is for you. Forgiveness allows your spirit to not be kept in bondage by someone or something. You have the power to forgive and free yourself. Unforgiveness keeps us captive. Unforgiveness can sometimes become a part of grief. It’s a type of mourning that keeps us holding onto something we feel that has wronged to us. Die to unforgiveness and grab hold of forgiveness to set yourself free. Don’t wait for anyone to free you.
“So if the Son makes you free, then you are unquestionably free….” —John 8:36 (AMP)
In order for forgiveness to take place something has to die. Often we have to die to the things we are hanging on to. We have to die to a bad relationship, we have to die to a divorce. Let forgiveness come in and heal you like a soothing balm to mend and repair the broken heart. The Spirit of God came to set the captives free and to heal the broken-hearted. Funeralize your negative thoughts and emotions. Bury them once and for all. You were created to live life abundantly…Mind, Body & Spirit!
